Invite Users to Your Organization
Add people from the Users page: invite one person at a time with Add and pick their role, or onboard a whole team at once with Bulk Add Users. Plus how to manage and remove members.
The Users page is where you add and manage the people in your organization. You can add someone one at a time with the Add button, or bring in a whole team at once with Bulk Add Users.
Open the Users page
Select Users in the left sidebar. At the top you will see a quick summary — Total Users, Admins, and Members — and below it a searchable table listing every member with their email, role, and the date they were added. Use the search box to filter by email or role.
The Add and Bulk Add Users buttons appear only if your account can invite people (an administrator). With read-only access you will see the list but not the buttons.
Invite a single user
Use this when you want to choose the exact role for one person.
- Click Add in the top-right corner.
- In the Add a user window, type the person's email address.
- Pick a Role from the dropdown — Admin, User, Viewer, or Viewer User. The dropdown shows a short description of each role and whether it uses a billable seat. (See Roles & privileges for what each one can do.)
- Click Add to send the invitation.
What happens next depends on the role:
- Roles with dashboard access (Admin, Viewer, Viewer User) receive an invitation email with a link to set up their login.
- An extension-only User is added without a dashboard invite — they simply sign in to the browser extension.
You will get a confirmation when the invitation is sent, or a warning if the email could not be delivered.
Available roles depend on your plan. On Starter and Free, only Admin and User are available and no invitation emails are sent. Business and Enterprise unlock Viewer and Viewer User and send email invitations to dashboard roles.
Invite many at once (Bulk Add Users)
Use this to onboard a whole team in one step.
- Click Bulk Add Users in the top-right corner.
- Enter several email addresses in the box — separate them with commas, semicolons, spaces, or new lines — or upload a CSV file (the first column is read as the email).
- Submit to add everyone at once. If a few addresses fail, Zeuslock tells you which ones so you can fix and retry.
Everyone added through Bulk Add Users is given the User role (browser-extension access only). To grant dashboard access — Admin, Viewer, or Viewer User — invite that person individually with Add.
Manage existing members
The table lists everyone already in your organization. To remove someone, use the Delete action on their row. Two safety limits apply:
- You cannot delete your own account (it is marked You).
- You cannot delete the last remaining admin — an organization must always keep at least one.
