Incidents & Detection History
Read your full detection history on the Incidents page: the Total/Critical/Warning stats, every column (Date, Severity, Type, Device, File Type, Source, User), how to filter and search, and how to export to CSV or JSON.
The Incidents page is your complete detection history — every time Zeuslock caught sensitive data, newest first. Open Incidents in the sidebar.
The numbers at the top
- Total — all detections in the selected time range.
- Critical — detections at the most serious risk level.
- Warning — everything else flagged (high, medium and low grouped together).
Reading the table
Each row is one detection:
- Date — when it happened.
- Severity — Critical or Warning (Warning groups high, medium and low).
- Type — the kind of sensitive data found (for example
password,credit_card,api_key,source_code,connection_string,jwt_token,email,ip_address). One incident can list several types. - Device — where it was caught: Extension (browser) or Agent (desktop).
- File Type — what the data was in: PROMPT for typed text, or a file format (PDF, IMAGE, EXCEL, WORD, FILE…) when it came from an upload.
- Source — the AI tool where it happened (for example
chatgpt.com,claude.ai,gemini.google.com). - User — the employee's email, or anonymous if the person was not identified.
Find a specific incident
- Search by email, URL, or type.
- Severity filter — All Severities, Critical, or Warning.
- Time range — Last 7, 30, or 90 days.
- Refresh to reload the latest.
The 90-day range is available on the Business and Enterprise plans.
Export your history
Use Export to pull your incidents into CSV or JSON for a spreadsheet or another tool. Export is available on the Business and Enterprise plans.
