Deploy the Extension via Google Workspace

Force-install the Zeuslock extension on every managed Chrome browser from the Google Admin Console: add it by ID, set it to force install, and paste your settings.

This installs the Zeuslock extension on every managed Chrome browser automatically — nothing for your team to do.

Before you start

  • You manage Chrome through Google Workspace and can sign in as an admin.
  • You have an API key.

Get your values from Zeuslock

  1. Open the Extension page, choose your API key, then click the Google Workspace tab.

Add Zeuslock in the Admin Console

  1. Go to admin.google.com and sign in.
  2. Open Devices → Chrome → Apps & extensions.
  3. Click + → Add from Chrome Web Store, and paste the extension ID:

  1. Set the installation policy to Force install (so it cannot be removed).

Add your Zeuslock settings

In Extension settings policy, paste this (replace YOUR_API_KEY with your real key):

Check it worked

Save. Chrome rolls the policy out within a few minutes. On a managed Chrome browser, open chrome://policy to confirm — the device also shows on your Extension page.
