Terms of Service

1. Purpose and Express Acceptance

Zeuslock Corp, hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher", makes available to its subscribers (the "User") a Data Leak Prevention (DLP) Solution specifically dedicated to Artificial Intelligence services. These Terms of Service (the "ToS") constitute the contract governing access to and use of this Software Solution.

Access to the Platform and its use constitutes full, complete, unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these ToS.

2. Description of the Solution

Zeuslock is a modular data leak prevention software solution for Artificial Intelligence. The service includes notably:

  • A browser extension for the detection and blocking of sensitive data.
  • A dashboard enabling the management of security incidents and Users.
  • A configurable alerts and security reports system.
  • An Application Programming Interface (API) for integration with the Client's existing systems.

3. User Account and Client's Autonomous Responsibility

Access to the Platform requires the creation of a User Account, involving the provision of accurate and up-to-date information.

The Client is solely and exclusively responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities performed under their Account.

Upon activation of the subscription, the Client assumes operational management and configuration of their personal space. Zeuslock must be immediately notified of any unauthorized use of the account.

4. Financial Provisions and Subscriptions

Zeuslock offers several subscription plans:

4.1 Starter: 4€/user/month, up to 25 users

100 detections/user/month; 30-day history; Full dashboard; Email support; GPO/Intune deployment.

4.2 Business: 7€/user/month, up to 200 users

300 detections/user/month; 90-day history; Full dashboard; Priority Email and Chat support; GPO/Intune deployment; Blocking mode; Anonymization mode; Incident export; Custom rules.

4.3 Enterprise: 11€/Custom quote, customized features

Unlimited detections; 1-year history; Full dashboard; Priority Email, Chat and Phone support; GPO/Intune deployment; Blocking mode; Anonymization mode; Incident export; Annual billing; SLA.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial period. Billing is monthly and automatic via Stripe. Stripe is an independent entity that manages payments and collects only payment data in accordance with its privacy policy.

5. Lawful Use and Mandatory Restrictions

The User undertakes to use the Platform only in strict compliance with applicable laws and exclusively for purposes corresponding to the usage policy defined by Zeuslock. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Any attempt to circumvent the security measures or authentication systems of the Service.
  • Reverse engineering of the software, extension or API.
  • Resale or redistribution of the Service without express written authorization from the Publisher.
  • Any action aimed at deliberately overloading or compromising the servers.
  • Collection of data belonging to other Users without their express consent.

6. Data Protection, Consent and Client Rights

6.1. Legislative Compliance and Consent

The processing of Personal Data is governed by Zeuslock's Privacy Policy, which ensures compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable United States legislative provisions. The Client is deemed to have given their prior, free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent to the processing of their Personal Data. This consent is revocable at any time, without retroactive effect.

6.2. Data Subject Rights

The User has, in accordance with the GDPR, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent.

Requests to exercise these rights must be sent by email to security@zeuslock.ai or via the dedicated section on the Website. Zeuslock undertakes to respond within a maximum period of seven (7) business days.

7. Service Guarantee and Exclusions

Zeuslock undertakes to use all reasonable means to ensure the availability of the Service (24/7). However, the Publisher offers no guarantee of absolute uninterrupted service. Suspensions may occur for maintenance operations or force majeure events. A contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 99.9% monthly availability applies to Users who have subscribed to the "Enterprise" Plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. General Limitation

The Zeuslock platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8.2. Technical Warranty Limitation

Zeuslock does not formally guarantee that the Solution will detect or prevent all data leaks.

8.3. Limitation of Liability for Client Management

Zeuslock's liability is strictly limited to the provision of the Software Service. Given that the Client manages their space autonomously after subscription, Zeuslock disclaims all liability for damages resulting from:

  • Misconfiguration or negligence by the Client in managing their Account.
  • Use of the Website for purposes other than those set out in Zeuslock's policy.
  • Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of data or loss of profits.

9. Unilateral Termination and Right to Unsubscribe

Any User has the complete freedom to unsubscribe or terminate their Account at any time.

Termination may include a request for permanent and irreversible deletion of the Account, resulting in: erasure of Personal Data (except legal/tax exceptions); technical anonymization of data that cannot be deleted; and permanent loss of access to the services.

10. Cookie Policy

The Service exclusively uses cookies whose technical necessity is established for the optimal functioning of the Platform (notably authentication and user preferences).

Zeuslock Corp does not use any cookies for advertising or third-party tracking purposes. The User is free to block or delete these cookies via their browser settings.

11. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed, construed and applied in accordance with the federal laws of the United States of America, while incorporating the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for Users residing in the European Union. In the event of a dispute, the Parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution as a priority. Failing this, any litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

12. Revision of the Terms of Service

Zeuslock Corp reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. In the event of substantial modifications, a notification shall be communicated electronically at least thirty (30) days before the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes express and irrevocable acceptance of the revised terms.
