Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Zeus service, a data leak prevention (DLP) solution for artificial intelligence services. By using Zeus, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. Service Description

Zeus provides:

• A browser extension to detect and block sensitive data
• An incident and user management dashboard
• Configurable security alerts and reports
• An API for integration with your existing systems

3. Registration and Account

To use Zeus, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities performed under your account
• Notifying Zeus immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Plans and Pricing

Zeus offers several subscription plans:

• Free: Free, up to 3 users
• Starter: $109/month, up to 25 users
• Business: $5/user/month, up to 200 users
• Enterprise: Custom quote, customized features

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Billing is monthly and automatic via Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Zeus legally and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to circumvent the service's security measures
• Reverse engineer the extension or API
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Intentionally overload our servers
• Collect data from other users

6. Intellectual Property

Zeus and all its components (code, design, trademarks, documentation) are the exclusive property of Zeus. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use for the duration of your subscription. This license does not confer any ownership rights over the service.

7. Service Availability

Zeus strives to maintain the service available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee absolute availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Paid plan users benefit from a 99.9% monthly availability SLA.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zeus is provided "as is". Within the limits permitted by law:

• Zeus does not guarantee that the service will detect all data leaks
• Zeus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

9. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Zeus is committed to complying with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

Zeus may modify these Terms at any time. Important changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
